What happens when I buy a downloadable product?
When you buy a product, the file you purchased will be available for download right after you're finished with the checkout process.

I can't seem to get access to my download after purchase. What should I do?
Please check your email box for the email address used for the purchase, also check the spam/junk box to ensure it did not get sent there by mistake. If you were not able to locate the email please send us a friendly email and we'll be happy to help you out.

What is included in the download?

I'm having trouble downloading. What should I do?
We recommend using a download manager for large files. For PC: FlashGet
. For MAC: Folx.

I've downloaded the files with extension *.rar but I can't seem to get them to Unzip. What should I do?
RAR is the native format of WinRAR archiver. Like other archives, RAR files are data containers, they store one or several files in the compressed form. After you downloaded RAR file from Internet, you need to unpack its contents in order to use it.

Be sure to have the latest version of your Unzipping application (7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac). Also verify the size of the file you downloaded is close to estimated size on the website. ZIP archives can be extracted with the instant options in Windows and MAC OS.

How long are downloads available after purchase and what if I lose this information?
Purchased products will always be available to download to verified customers. The files are available for a 7 day period and can be extended.

Are your products MAC/PC compatible?
Our products are compatible with both MAC and PC, unless noted in the product description.

I'm trying to open the template and get a message "This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type"?
All of our templates are in HD format. If you have the trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro you get this message because the HD presets are missing in trial version. To fix it you need to activate your software and get access to all its features. For information on activation, see the Adobe website

When I try to import the *.mov file into Premiere Pro it says File Import Failure "the file has no audio or video streams"?
Download and install the latest QuickTime.

Can I use these files in commercial projects?
All files can be used in commercial videos, websites, advertisements, wedding videos, and much more. Be sure to view our License Agreement.
